Everyone who owns a home at Talus or lives in the Talus community automatically becomes a member of the Talus Residential Association. The Association is incorporated as a non-profit corporation and organized with an initial three-member Board appointed by Talus. As homesites are conveyed, homeowners will gradually be elected to the Board.
This section of the Talus web site will grow to include information that will be useful to Talus homeowners.
